Depends what software you have... but if you haven't got something like Photoshop you can do it with Irfanview.

If you haven't got Irfanview you can download it for free from here

Simply open the file..

Then go to FILE

SAVE AS

The select Save as Type

as a JPG - JPEG FILES

If you have windows you will have paint open in that and do a safe as JPEG.

Don't do this!

It will ruin the colour quality. Do it another way
