Sold BMW 1200 RT 2014 TC £995

This is an ex Police bike and as such will have been well maintained, it rides well, very smooth, the previos owner converted it to be like a civilian bike and very badly painted it Matt Black, so comes with panniers, one of the panniers needs attention.
Please have a good look at the pictures, from 20 feet away she looks pretty good, any closer not so much. She is MOT`d until April 26. A bargain winter hack or winter project for less than £1000. The bike is in Crewe.

Sorry for the delay in coming back to all who have asked questions, I will answer any questions I get on this thread so everyone can get all the info, warts and all.

Heated Grips work fine.
No heated seat, that i have noticed.
Horn is crap, fit a Denali, my fave farkle
Clutch, bitting point is very close to grip, did a bit of research on this, see this thread: https://www.ukgser.com/community/threads/clutch-biting-point.265260/ and look at the pic, if you compare the clutch and break fluid colour it looks like it could be doing with new fluid and a good bleed.
Electric screen is fine, works as should.
Fuel guage works.
Only one key
No History (Police Bike So Will have Been Looked After At Least Most Of Its Life)

One pannier appears to be seazed, the handle is stuck in the down position.

I work one week in Glasgow, the next in Crewe, the bike is in Crewe, I have bought a really nice 1250rt and my intension is to ride this up and down if I feel like I want a bike in crewe, so no need for 2 or maybe 3 bikes, save on insurance and my wifes love for me seems directly proportionate to how many bikes I own.

Re the clutch biting point, there was a known issue apparently.
Had a similar problem on my 2013 1200. Didn't really cause me an issue. BMW fixed it under warranty.

I bought a £1k 11 Pan a bit ago... My main Qs were does it have a correct MOT and does it ride OK at present... Simple and to the point... £995 for this if it's a hideaway gives you mahoosive wriggle room...
