Another month has passed and still nothing received from you! This is getting beyond a joke. I thought Touratech UK were bad but you guys make them look like experts in customer service. If you have no intention of ever supplying the goods I paid for in September last year then please refund my money and I'll order the bolts elsewhere.

Shame it has come to this. I ordered and paid for various bits for my bike last September. Seat and wheel bolt were sent straight away but bolts for fuel tank were out of stock and supposed to follow. Chased them up several times and they promise to send them as soon as possible. Months pass but nothing ever appears. Looks like I'll have to order from Touratech instead. Amazing customer service in this country.
