So I took the plunge a few months ago, and bought an Evo 6 and the BMW comms package, all put together by parts dept at dealer.

When. I play music ( via iPhone or BMW radio on the bike) the left speaker sounds like its loose and sounds like a cheap car stereo when the sound is too high.

Anyone else had problems with their BMW comms ear bud sounds?

Sounds like a return to the supplying dealer.

Off topic I know but did you buy the helmet with the communication system fitted at the same time & if so did they charge VAT on the communication system device?

Re VAT, I had a £150 discount from BMW after a fiasco with the Navigator V being away for nine weeks.

I think the price was VAT inclusive.

Not to happy with parts department at Norwich dealer and it's a bit out of my way, so will be asking Williams in Manchester as my partner lives up their and it's an excuse to drool over new bikes.

It should be covered by BMW warranty
