I called a local Main agent for rear brake pads for my 1200 RT this AM,£62.40!!!
After i got back up off the floor,he said we dont sell many.
Well theres a suprise.
Is Ferodo the best aftermarket replacement?

Contact steptoe through the GS shop on here ,I'm sure he will be cheaper ,and nowt wrong with ferodo pads

Ferodo are fine. I used them on the front of the R-GS.

As stated above, Steptoe may be able to supply them. I bought mine from Ghostbikes as I was ordering other stuff from them and they had them in stock at a very good price.
 
RT Rear discs and pads

After emailing Steptoe re full set of discs and pads for an 05 RT.

Steptoe replied
"Sorry i don't have front discs for your RT and I keep no disc mounting bolts - I only have front/ rear pads and the rear disc"



I think that the
Rear disc is a universal fit for most of the 1200 range.
RT fronts discs are different from the GS.
After all Steptoe's shop is a "GS Shop".
But it was worth asking.

James Sherlock has been more than helpful in supplying bits for the RT and his First Class delivery is just that!
