Noticed on yesterdays ride that as I had a stop the route split into 2 which usually isn't a problem as you can merge (default set to 15mins). Tried to do this but app responds with 'At Least two selected journeys have a time overlap and therefore cannot be merged' - has anyone else seen this? Assume not fixable?

I've noticed that you can increase the 'Max. break time per tour' in Journey Settings to say 6hrs (was 15mins) would stop the route being split in the first place?

Don't use this for navigating just data logging which it used to do seamlessly on my 1250.

Another anomaly was tyre pressures - last week was showing 641psi in the front and much the same in the rear. Been out yesterday and this seems fine now!

Yep it’s not the best, a mate was in Spain on a planed route came to a road closed had to do a reroute and it didn’t know where it was ended up going round in circles eventually got the phone and rerouted with google maps

It is a basic and very limited app imo.
Use a real navigation app like tomtom go.
As to road closures you need a live app ^^ as above or googlemaps.
