Are these in short supply like other parts for the Wasserboxer, or anyone know of a dealer with them on the shelf? I believe its a different kit to the normal Navigator IV??

It's part of the GSA £1833 bits and bobs deal . Everything on that deal , panniers tank bag , dark screen , inner bags is on back order DAMHIK 
The nav IV is exactly the same, its the preparation that's different on the GS.
As its not model specific, there should be loads in stock.
The Nav IV is a generic GPS device, they are all the same.
As Nutty says, it's the control gear on the bike that activates the 'BMW functions' not the device itself.
A 660 will also work, except that the control wheel etc. functions will not operate.

The Nav 1V supplied with my GSA has an extra connector for the remote controller so I guess the later ones will fit any BeeM.
