"That bloke" is Thomas Lüthi and I'm sure you really do know that's a Leatt Neck Brace but just in case you don't....that's a Leatt Neck Brace. Actually, I suspect it's the BMW version but it's the same thing really.

Ehh...? He's a racer, Alistair. He is, therefore, somewhat compact and bijoux - certainly not overly tall.

In fact, a quick Google reveals that he's 1.7m (just under 5' 7") tall and 53 kg in weight.

It's to compliment the grey panels of the diminutive jockey's jacket...... and bits on his gloves..... which have a thumb
