This O-ring is not in the RealOEM list.

My apologies, that's because it's only sold as the screw with the o ring attached. However a swift search brings up JVB on adv rider

Info took directly from his website:-

o’ring for large brass screw (idle) not sold alone by BMW is exactly 5x 1.5 mm (Viton)
complete screw BMW RS et RT13.54-1 342 073
complete screw, BMW for GS, R and 85013.54-1 342 074

Im pretty sure you'l find its 5x1.5. If you look at the info from JVB's site he also gives you the adjustment screw part number which tallys up with the part number on the OEM site -

item 14 Adjusting screw M 9X0,75 2 Part number 13541342074

I ordered 2 5x1.5 mm o rings from Simply Bearings and they are not the same as on my 2000 GS1150. I measured the o rings from SB and they are as described so not them. HTH

Am currently rebuilding my TBs so will give a definitive answer tomorrow

It's on tighter than a nun's twat meaning I didn't remove it for want of damaging it. The OD of the BBS is 9.75mm, so for the o-ring, judging by the fit, I'd say either 7.5 or 8mm for the ID with a thickness of 1.5mm

If anyone gets a definitive answer please post

That's because there are two different sizes of BBS
