The ride height should be the same, with or without ESA. The thicker boots should compensate for the inside leg but try the bike with a standard GS seat before you shell out on lowered shocks. These bike really handle.
It will feel REALLY TALL but if you can get one foot down comfortably you'll get the hang of it. Just take it easy until you've reprogrammed your head to the new ride.
