BMW R1250GSA workshop manual

Only pirated copies due to BMW's decision to discontinue the sale of service manuals in 2021.

I won't buy a bike for which the manufacturer does not provide service information.

I bought a service manual for my 1250GSA on a USB stick from eBay a while ago, but not even needed or bothered to look at it yet, it could be a rip off.

Hi, did anyone manage to find out if the USB manual was any good?

I've just bought my first 1250GSA and would be interested before I waste any more of my dwinding cash on a popular auction site!

Thanks

I was disappointed to find out there wasn’t a Haynes Manual for the 1250GSA, had one for me Hexhead and found it very useful…changed rear shock and did a few minor bits with help from that…for torque settings as much as anything.

Finally getting around to ACF50 in next few days and be handy to know all torque settings for bits like the bash plate removal etc to make sure the underneath is coated and so on.

Try this for torque values http://www.jimvonbaden.com/Shifthead Torques.pdf

I don't get why they haven't been uploaded to this very website (The V Strom Forum had all the service manuals in electronic format)? They are all over Ebay at very cheap prices

I would happily copy and distribute to others.

Highly unlikely that there will be any Haynes manuals for BMW bikes going forward. When BMW discontinued the sale of service manuals in 2021 I am pretty sure that it stopped providing service information to anyone. There hasn't been a new Haynes manual for a BMW motorcycle since 2018.
