Whilst the main items obviously don't appear on the first service checklist, didn't they test ride their £175.00 worth of work. If they did how come they hadn't a clue/give sh*t. And if they didn't why bother servicing it, you'd check more than that as you wheel it out of the garage. Feel for ya, but in my experience not unexpected at that dealer, just glad you were so tuned in to a new bike to notice. Find a new dealer and keep safe.
