I have a pair of size 44 boots which are great to ride in but give me blisters if I walk any distance, as you tend to when touring. Given them a year but they don't look like changing. Went to the dealers and tried a size 43 (slightly snug but do-able) but again these are really hard above the heal and don't feel as though they will give much.
With all the rage about these boots no-one has mentioned the same issues. My feet are normal and unusually tough (I'm a barefoot runner) so don't think that it's me.
Do I a) get over myself and carry a spare set of hikers or b) sell them and go with a different boot recommended by you guys c) or get something lace up and try not to crash!
