BMW touring panniers for R1150GS

Just a quickie,

Does anyone know the capacity in litres of the standard black plastic touring panniers that came as standard options on a 1150?

Hi Chewie,
I believe the left hand (exhaust) side is 25 lts and the right side is 31 lts, hope this helps.

Panniers

I picked up a left Pannier off a road bike as same size as right side.
You will need to modify a little ,grind off existing front lugs & simply make something to suit.
Only issue is the muffler either lower ,or take it off all to gether as you don't need (and its not noiser ,90% noise is via front muffler) I put a small straight pipe on that with a curved end.
Its great now have 2 x panniers same size,
