BMW Warranty.

When your bike has gone in for warranty repairs were you offered a courtesy bike. My R1200GS battery failed twice even with a BMW workshop charger, supposedly fully charged.

BMW collected the bike and took it away, booklet says alternative transport will be organised.

I'm still waiting!!
