need help!

iv just locked all of the locks on my panniers and put the plastic key back in the lock and it fell over snapping the key in the sodding lock leaving no key part sticking out

any one know how to fix or am i buggered???

not easy but...

i've had success in the past with a match with a drop of superglue on the end.
stick it in the keyhole and wait til it dries and then remove... with the remains of the key on the end of the match.
BUT....
Very fiddly and it's easier to get glue stuck into the mechanism than to get the match to stick to the key.

or a very fine pair of tweezers to ease out the key.

either way - you need to be patient and inventive .

thanks alot

have managed it with very fine needle nose pliers now have a ket end and the shaft and need to try and re attach them some how!

or try an take it to the dealer as i need to re code them anyway an see what they can do
