Migsel ships the bars with the correct size bolts so you shouldn't need to buy any.

I know that they are M6, but can you confirm the length, pretty sure its around the 40mm mark?

The bolts are 50mm long and the thread is 25mm of that length.
Make sure that the bolts are not overtightened because they thread into the oil cooler and overtightening can pull out the captive nut.
