Booking Details for the El Floyd Night

I've spoken to the Management at Blair Atholl and this is the deal. It's actually £55 pppn for Dinner/Bed and Brakfast. I tried to get that reduced but they're saying that it's already reduced and that price is across the board which means that some of the rooms (lucky dip) are vastly reduced.

There's only one single room available. It now has "herr kimmel" on it. :augie

We've got a further 12 twin rooms (the entire twin room allocation) and a double room. We can get more double rooms if we need them but TBH we'll need to let them know fairly soon for numbers.

You can book single occupancy of these rooms but this will be £80 pppn for D/BnB.

I need to give firm numbers to the hotel before 2nd February. I also need to give them a list of who will be sharing rooms.

Can you get your heads together and decide:

1. who wants to pay £80 for single occupancy of a double room

2. who wants to share twin rooms and with whom

3. who wants a double room (Wully and Di being the obvious choice for the already booked one)

Given the reports from Klanky's stay there...I reckon £55 is still a cracking deal.

Can you give me names etc either via PM or on the El Floyd thread asap

Can you also let me know what accomodation a'body wants and who's sharin' wi' who or wantin single rooms?

I've given my card details to the hotel this morning but no money will be taken out of my account so full price (£55 pp) will need to be paid by each individual on the night. (It's £80 in the case of those who wanted single occupancy of a double room)

Please let us know on the thread if you're adding your name.

Lugs and Den are booked in for single room occupancy of a double room cos they didnae get back to say whit they wanted. If this is wrong, can they decide if they want to share and let me (and the hotel) know? If they're happy to pay the eighty squid each then no need to alter the booking.

If anyone backs out now, I'd hope that I won't be out of pocket by way of the hotel taking a deposit off my card.
