Booster Plug or " How I saved 18K yoyos..."

After enjoying the result of a booster plug fitted to '10 r1200GSA, I fitted one to '02 R1150GS. Plug and play = 5 minutes. Very nice improvement in pickup, less vibes. I am sure the fuel consumption will be slightly down but still got 15km/L yesterday around the fish dash. This is one sweet bike made a bit sweeter.

where did you get yours ???

Ordered from man in DK.

I removed the CCP long back, and have a y-pice and remus exhaust. However, the booster plug is a new refinement.
All it does is richen the mixture, so no surprise about the result really.

Had one on my 1200 and one on my 1150, it won't turn the bike into a Multistrada but it does improve throttle response and- for me- it also helped reducing the engine surge..

so just for the record mine has only got a Y piece so best thing is to pull it out ??

It is a suck-it-and-see thing, whether to remove or link different pins. My case I took it out and it seems grand.

I've pulled it out and left it in the fuse box incase it makes it worse lol... at least I can just pop it back in
