Bootcamp - anyone here tried it?

My laptop blew up quite a while ago and it's now held together with the computing equivalent of several IV drips (external monitor, keyboard and mouse )

I've kept changing my mind as to which way to go but I'm more and more tempted to get a Macbook pro and stick bootcamp on it for windoze things I need to use.

Has anyone here actually used Bootcamp? Which Windows is best with it? XP Vista?

Also does anyone know of a wireless print server which works with Macs? My Belkin one only does PCs...

Parallels WAS working with the garmin USB drivers, but the new version of either parallels 3188 or mapsource 6.12 has broken it again. Not tried bootcamp yet. Apple Airport Express/ or the Airport Extreme both support USB print serving.
