After last weekend's ride I'm keen for more, so I'm going to ride up to Wally's Shed, Bull Lane off A134 in Acton near Long Melford, Suffolk. On the below link you can switch to Aerial and Wally's Shed is under the F of Suffolk to the East of the A134. You can zoom in.

This time I'd like to make the starting point the petrol station at Boreham Interchange on the A12 junction with A130. This means that we can meet, fuel up and set off.

It's about 45 miles each way, an hour there and an hour back on nice roads.
I'd look to meet at 09.00am to be away at 09.10 otherwise they might stop serving breakfast before we arrive.
Let me know if you want to come along so I can let them know if it's going to be large numbers.

Hi Chris thought I posted a reply earlier ! Anyway pencil me in as long as it's not hissing down.
Regards Kevin :bounce1

Just realised Ive allready posted in the E/Anglia section!!

Both of the links have stopped working properly. For Wally's Shed you can click on the link then type Bull Lane, Long Melford into the search box, it should take you to the junction of Bull Lane and A134.

I really enjoyed the ride today, good weather, good roads, good food and good company:beerjug:
Thanks for coming along.

Chris,
Another excellent organised ride, well done. As Kev mentioned the cafe and weather was tops.
Even with my little excursion, that was not planned it was a brilliant day out on the bike. Great to meet new guys as well. It just shows belonging to these type of forums opens a new social circle.

Looking forward to the next one.

I'm probably going to ride to Finchingfield this weekend to join in the Flatlanders when they ride down and head to Tiptree if any of you are up for it.

Hello Chris,
I am on call (again) this week, so I will not know till tomorrow If I can make it.
I plan to though. I think Kev is going as well, I'll contact him tomorrow to see if he want's to meet up beforehand.
Are we going to meet at the same place again , BP service station (A130/A12) ? / if so what time.

thanks
