Brake Failure

It's under the plastic tool tray
Not on mine (2011 GSA). The wire comes up from the swingarm/paralever, heads off along the frame tube towards the back of the bike where it looks as if the connector will indeed be under the tooltray - But then it doubles back on itself along the same frame tube. The connector is in plain sight, zip-tied to the frame cross member immediately aft of the battery.

Found it. Indeed, on the cross member beside the battery. Connection looks fine so all points to knackered sensor. Got new one today so will replace it and hopefully order will be restored in the galaxy.
Many thanks to all.

Final drive oil changed and new speed sensor fitted. Problem solved. All tickety boo.
Final drive oil has been in for over 10k I think and was a real coffee / latte colour.
Might be because it was hot after being well warmed up beforehand.
No water settling below the oil by the looks of it. Drain plug and old oil had no debris whatsoever in it so I'm happy enough. A big syringe is definitely the way to go for filling.

PLEASE tell me that was a predictive text adjustment and not a simple mis-spelling (deliberate or otherwise...) :-)

Indeed. I corrected it 2x but didn't check the final post. But reading to now I prefer the predicted version. Thanx Apple. :)
