Following a visit to my dealership I would like to leave here an update to all interested.

The cause of the "infamous" light was the Rear Speed Sensor wire, a little damaged on the wire was producing an intermittent signal. Wire replaced and all sorted!

Thanks to all that come up to some suggestions or advise and even the ones that put up with my "break failure" dyslexia :jes

Austin, thanks for your help :thumb

Best Regards

I am glad you got it sorted Jorge and I hope you are happy with your new bike. I need to look at the wire on mine too then, as I occasionally get the same symptom and fault code but I need either max acceleration or a private road and around 100mph to get my light to come on.

Mine does the same thing but Ive not been able to see any damage on the wire or connector block.

I had spotted the small damage on the wire before but to be honest I didn't think it would be enough to cause an issue as it looked like it was just damage on the outer layer and not enough to reach the core. Anyway glad it's been sorted.
