When i switch on my ignition my brake failure lights stays on flashing 4 times per second. Sometimes it slows down to one flash per second which means its OK, and when i pull off it stops and the brakes are fine, but more often than not it stays on flashing 4 times per second and the servo doesn't work and the brakes are very poor. Will be gratefull for any suggestions.

Try looking for a problem with your front or rear brake switch. The contact is made when the switch is normal i.e. not pulled or pressed. Front handguard fouling is possible - not allowing the front brake lever to fullly restore.

Yes try the front brake screw it will probably need just pinching up...it happened to me when i noticed the brake light kept on for a few more seconds after release activating the servo also
