Another problem.
Whilst away at the weekend on the bike it developed the most horrendous brake judder at slow speeds up to the point that after 30mph I had to use the engine and the rear brake only, so riding was VERY concervative in towns.
I thought that i must have warped a disc or something, both are brand new with new pads, the judder is not there at high speed braking only low speed.
So tonight I took the pads out and spun the wheel and checked and both discs are not warped both perfect. so out of curiosity I put the screwdriver I was useing onto the top of the disc and spun the wheel and yes you guessed it both discs are not round they are more sort of egg shapped.
So I am taking it this is causing the judder as they will try to be pulling the pads in and out of the caliper???
What would cause this, sureley the bolts would not allow the disc to be pulled out of centre of the wheel???
Any ideas guys or have you come accross this before???
I will be taking the discs off again when I get a spare moment, bike is not being used at the mo.
Thanks
