I cant seem to adjust the brakes useing the small four position adjuster. It only moves between position 1 and position 2...cant turn it to either 3 or 4 !!! Any ideas most welcome and thanks.

Sounds like it's seized in place. Try squirting some WD40 from underneath, and pull the lever away from the handlebar when adjusting....

Why would you want to?
I have hands with banana fingers and I ride with position 1 coz I can't stretch much further!
