got my r12gs about 5 months ago,its a 2006.till now its broken down about 4times!how frustrating.any way 1st time its the battery charger(so they said)second time it was a sensor on the gear change.3rd time battery again,ask them could it be a software problem,no sir couldn't be.any way it was.4th was yesterday.think its got something to do with the fuel line,but we'll see what the genius's come up with this time.anybody had the same experience?

I also have a 2006 R1200GS and my battery packed in twice. I was told that I was not charging it fully when I was running to work (10 miles there and back) They took it away and charged it up for me and was told to take it for a longer blast to properly charge it up. I took it round the west coast of scotland and hey presto no problems after that.
