I have had a word with The National Stone Centre cafe and have tee's them up about hosting us. Saturdays are 'park run' and mobbed.

The centre and cafe are between Cromford and Carsington. From Cromford A6 traffic lights head for Wirksworth, up the steep hill out of Cromford and just before the stone railway bridge at the top TURN RIGHT. The stone centre is about 500-600 yards on your left. There is a brown sign.
March 11th, 09.44 for 10.01

I will need numbers for them so they can can have dietary requirements catered for.

I will sort out a road ride through the back roads for those that are interested. Unless someone else with huge knowledge of them wants to.

Cosford would be good. But I believe they are doing some work there at the moment which has closed one of the hangars.

Guys - work has come in today, starting 9th March.... I can't afford to turn it down, it is for a new client, a big company with 3 regional departments and we are now their preferred safety boat provider across the company.

Can someone else take over please? I'm happy to liaise with the breakfast people, but can't be there to lead a ride out.

Hi yes the Air Ambulance base is now in its own compound outside the RAF wire so easier to arrange.

Let me know if folk want me to arrange a visit.

There are 2 aircraft based there so good chance of at least one being around to play with

Late call but I’m headed to the triumph factory tomorrow. RV cafe at Superbike factory at 1130.

Route is via good roads.

Return via alrewas area and Belper , ending at A38 near Ripley.

Anyone fanciies it just rock up
