What do BMW 'Bricks' have in common with ABBA?
They both seem to be guilty secrets.
For years the BMW Brick has been associated with the Pipe 'n Slipper brigade. Admitting ownership and worse, a fondness for what has always been perceived as the stolid, uninspiring, even boring, unloved product of Spandau has been to admit that you rather enjoyed the output of ABBA when you were supposed to be embracing the Sex Pistols and all things Punk.
Well now it seems that like Anni-Frid, Benny, Bjorn and Agnetha, it's no longer the massive social gaff that it once was to admit to owning a K100, K75 or K1.
My name is Mike. I own a K75 and I'm not ashamed!
Go on. Join-in. You'll feel better for it.
(Who knows. We might even get our own section. If the Harley owners warrant a section, why not?)
