Likewise. Even though the sun was out today, the ice hadn't gone till well into the afternoon.
Got some children to taxi about to various activities first thing in the morning so I wont make it to Blair Athol. Weather permitting Ill see you at BOC.

I'm home safely and my steed is all washed and put to bed. It was a fine day and a good turn out. A couple of rear wheel step-outs prior to reaching Perth was a wee reminder that it was a still cold despit the sunshine. For me, the roads north of Perth were fine but Floyd and Robmack may tell a different tale...

I'll post a couple of pics later but those who made the effort and wurnae dragged tae the shops in Portree er... I mean haen tae work :augie were (in order of appearance): Turpin, Packer, Voyager, me, Den, arcboutant, Rev Chuck, Robmack, Floyd and G.C.

As expected, the grub was really guid at Bridge of Cally :thumb2

Thanks to everyone who made the effort, especially tae the guys who travelled a right few miles :clap

Back at about 16:40. around 250 miles for the day.

Ditto Ronno, good sunny weathre but the back wheel squirming a few times when I thought I was already riding like a wus enough to remind me that heavily slted damp roads are slippery.

A good day and I even had some good company this time:augie

The bike is in the garage, still manky and filthy encrusted with salt and looking just like a GS should. I may treat it to another dose of ACF50 tomorrow if I'm feeling in a good mood.

Glass of the red stuff summons methinks.....................:101

That was a good day out - thanks Ronno for organising it.

Home safe and sound, bike all washed and in the garage.
It was warmer on the way back, the sun was oot the whole way and the roads were pretty dry. Think Robmack enjoyed the run over Glenshee and the Leicht(first time), I left him and GC at Tomitoul and arrived home about 1645
Another good day out cheers Ronno:bow
