Evening all
hope you are all out enjoying the weather and not reading this....but for those that are....
Looks like the new GS will be coming from Dick Lovett's - would be helpful to know what experiences any of you have had with this company. Have been working with Chris whose been excellent on price but would be helpful to know from you what they are like on after-sales support, service quality, warranty issues etc.
Thanks all http://www.ukgser.com/forums/images/smilies/beerchug.gif

I had my first 600 mile service carried out there, had never used them before.
It's clear they're gearing up for the completion and opening of their dedicated Motorrad building, as the bikes were squeezed in with the cars.
That said, great coffee, pleasant staff and they price matched my favoured price to make it worth my while traveling to them.
Service seemed all ok, no complaints.
I just hope that prices don't get hiked to help offset the cost of the new premises...
Time will tell eh!

Make sure you are clear what you want done at service time etc and when your machine will be ready for collection. Other than that, very helpful, courteous and as you say, nice coffee. Take a laptop and you can work while you wait and eat their biscuits!

They wash your bike of course and the handover is up to BMW standard.

Top class so far.

Lets hope they keep up their standards.

Just had my 12000 done there. Found them very competitive, courteous and professional. They had problems sourcing some parts from Germany as a result of recall warranty work which meant them keeping my GSA longer than planned. Throughout the delay they kept me informed on progress and gave me a discount on the price of the service for my trouble.

They are now my preferred choice for servicing.
