anyone know if you can enter British National Grid into 2610 or can you only do it on pc then send to unit?? thanks

You haven't got a quest, but it's gonna be roughly the same...............

Start Mapsource.
Select the menu item "Edit/Preferences".
Select the "Position" tab.
For "Grid" select "British National Grid".

Set up your waypoints - note that the format needs to be 5 digits each so if working from an O/S map just add 00 e.g. SU 12300 45600

Transfer to 2610.

i can do that ok , but was hoping to be able to do it on the 2610 unit, like the quest unit can?? is it not possible?

No, BNG can't be entered directly on 2610.

I think that the very high voltage on the National Grid might damage your 2610 - I would advise against it!
