Well ladies and gents, we are in the process of booking our next years Spanish trip. Decided on Spain, because its about the closest thing to guaranteed weather you can have. After piss poor luck in the alps for the last few years, we have decided for a bit of weather security (watch it rain for the entire 10 days). Just searching for a discount code if possible. Trawling through the old search facility, all the codes seem to have been removed at the request of the person originally posting them. If someone would be kind enough to help a tight Yorkshireman save a few pennies, to be spent on beer later, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not discount code but earlier you book the cheaper I have already booked next September and I think the price was up by a fiver if anything.

Try ringing them and speaking to someone, they have discounted for me in the past doing this! Especially if as above you book early.

Thanks gents...... all advice duly noted.... shall be ringing and talking to the robbing frenchies soon....Au revoir.

FYI

There is a big difference between the 2 Britanny ferries.

Pont Aven is MUCH better than Cap Finistere (IMO).

We have just returned from Santander via Portsmouth - 24 hours on Cap F is too long. They have packed the boat with cabins and left very little public space save the smelly dog walk.

Despite a very expensive cabin, we felt we would not travel that way again.

Shame - years ago I went via P&O Portsmouth to Bilbao and had a spectacular journey - the tales that cabin could tell.................:D
