I remember whining about it last year but for got to sort it till today .... :P

Anyways i took the screws and mirrow of to reveal the underside of the switch and couldn't find a problem .... :(

I sprayed some WD40 and left to soak while i went to the gym .... :Motomartin

After trying it again i noticed it seemed to move slight further and gradually become smoother .....

So it now works and im wondering if it was muck/sand what ever or just luck ... :nenau

Saved myself a small fortune and was definatly worth the effort ....:thumb2

Glad yopu got it working freely, WD40 though good for releasing things but is poor lubricant. After a while it will go sticky again. It is best to lubricate it now, as its electrical I would use a silicon spray or propriety electrical lubricant

I'll have a rake in the garage tomorrow .... :thumb2

My indicator switch started working again fine after a bit of WD40 - I remember my last GS did the same.

I have 2 spare micro-switches from Farnell in case anyway!
