Broken cables?!

Just noticed a cable seemingly pulled out of a connector under the air intake snorkel....what is it and is it important?! Or is it meant to be like that - hence the blue plug in the block?

did I come to the correct conclusion - nothing wrong with one cable not going into connector block?

Your bike is fine as it is. There are severall more connectors on your bike that do not use all of the slots in them
