I'm with BT/BB at the moment for my landline and internet. Unlimited internet and the usual extortionate line rental/rates for the 'phone. The contract's coming up for renewal soon. Who's better than BT?
I need to keep my 'phone number. I don't have Sky telly but if that was part of a package I'd have it.
Business usage is e-mail and tax etc. for employees. I'd like to have my e-mails sent to my Blackberry too.
Which service do you small businesses/self-employed use?
cheers,tf :)

If it's working OK, might be best just to stick with them. Changing broadband provider can be a right  with lost emails, no broadband and lots of frustration and impact on your business just to save a few £££.... Have had my business with BT for 7 years now and yes there are cheaper providers out there and if I was starting now might go with one of them.....but it works fine now - 'if it ain't broke' and all that.

If it's any help, we use Fast.co.uk as our ISP and have the phones through Onebill. Fast in particular have excellent customer service and I'm sure they would discuss your own requirements happily - and then deliver!

Onebill are just a cheap line/calls company but never had any problems. If you get offered a cheaper contract, just call them and they'll match it.

I've stuck with BT. The service has been reliable and is getting faster all the time - saw a download hit 1mbps the other day. And with one provider they can't try and play the blame the other one game.

But I have knocked their price down - still not as cheap as some but acceptable.

So I would start by seeing what you can negotiate before going through the hassle of changing.
