:thumb2Hi David,

I can only sympathise with your frustration - it's rotten to think he's just walked off with a lot of peoples money.

Have you tried this website?

http://company-director-check.co.uk/search-history/2012/02/09/12:31:48-John Richardson .html

It allows a search for individuals who are company directors, and it provides home addresses, as well as any other business addresses that have been registered. Unfortunately, it's a pretty blunt instrument, so filtering results is not possible, and there are 755 entries for 'John Richardson'.

Still, with the weather the way it is, it's not like you'd be missing riding if you spent a few evenings trawling through all the entries, right? :thumb2

If he traded as a limited company there should be a record. Larger Libraries normally have free credit-rating facilities. These (99% of the time) list a home address and will have the registered address - very often his accountant.

Thanks both for the info...

Seems that there's a few threads on the VisorDown forum too.

We'll see what the future holds...

Another thought. Is there a To Let board on the property? If so, you may be able to track down the landlord who may also be another disgruntled individual! If you StreetView the property, there is a letting board in the next door window (part of the same building) for Broadgate Property Management - Tel: 0115 919 5979. Whilst it is probably old, it might be the managing agents for the building and in which case, they probably haven't changed for a while.;)

The site agent is Martin Cusick on 0115 919 5979 who I've now spoken to.

He has said he'll pass on a message, and call me back... Here's hoping :augie

Shame about this I used this business a couple of times. I have to trace people, frequently, as a part of my business. I'll put someone on it tomorrow and send a PM to those who need to know.

That sounds good... Thanks :thumb2
