Buffeting

Replaced my old Caberg lid with a nice shiny new Schuberth C3 Pro.

Although the noise levels have reduced considerably, I would to reduce the buffeting/noise even further if possible.

I'm considering replacing the screen on my LC with either a Nippy Norman or Givi.

I'm 6ft 2 tall and I think the taller screen may be the answer.

Any thoughts?

That might be the solution, Nippy's screen works for me.
Probably a little bit cheaper too !

I put the NN larger screen on and it works fine, but seen the GIVI screen at the NEC and it is of much better quality being about the same size. Don't know the cost of the GIVI though???

Givi is £99, the NN £95. In what respect was the Givi better quality?

I've got the Givi screen and my mate has the NN. The Givi is injection molded rather than cut out of a piece of acrylic, so the edges are smooth rather than the sharp edges on the NN one, and it seems clearer to me. I'm 6'4" and it's made things so much better for me, with no buffetting and it's much quieter. I can sit comfortably at 90mph on the motorway now, and no more muck or water on my visor, as it now blows over me.
I'd go for the Givi over the NN, and my mate is thinking of changing too.
