I bought a few bits from Motorworks this morning. Have any of you had issues with their new website? I ended up phoning them. I just couldn't log in and each time I tryed to make the purchase, it lost the whole contents of the shopping cart?????

Val.

I bought some parts the other day and I thought the new site was a big step backwards. The old one was really easy to navigate but the new one is very clunky. I gave some feedback to Tez about it.

I haven’t tried to buy from the new website but I used to find searching for parts very easy and straightforward. No longer. It’s not user friendly.

The new site gives the impression that they don't have many spare parts. I guess we'll get used to it though.

I had same problem.
Rang them and was advised to clear the catch and all old cookies on my laptop. Did this and now it works fine,

Correction , it seemed to work but when i tried it again same problem.
Compaired to the old website i think the new one is crap .
Buying quite a few bits i allways put each item in the basket and then second checked each item was the correct part number. Now when you go to the basket you can't check the part numbers are correct even if you go to edit. Think they are going to get a few returns, the only way round it is to phone each order through.

Yep, had the same problem and had to ring them. Gave them the feedback on the site but no reaction of any kind…seemed new news to them.

I bought a couple of bits from Louis Moto and Siebenrock . Opposite experience , quick, easy good discounts and quick delivery.

The Germans have got it right again !

It isn’t because I told them the same thing last Wednesday, teething issues was there reply.

Its horrible seems to be developed for the operator and not the user

Ended up phoning the order through , told the bloke the problems that people were having . I also said it was more difficalt because the part numbers were not carried over into the basket so it was not easy to check what you were buying . He said he would flag it up ?
