Buying pannier mounts

Anyone know where I can get the mounts from that allow you to attach stuff on top of panniers? I don't even know what to call them so can't look on ebay!

Do you mean ...

... tie down loops ? If so, I recently got some from Kiwi Bob for my Jesse panniers, but tour-a-tit do them as well

I went to my local chandlers and picked up some nice stainless steel ones - probably half the price of 'specialised' motorcycle ones..

B&Q do alloy ones with the screws. They're supposed to be small door handles.
