C-tek trickle charge question...

Things seem to have moved on since I last bought A GS... that was a 2011 GSA which happily accepted the C-tek connected directly to the battery.

I've now updated to a 2018 GS.

My query is simply will the C-tek be ok to use on the newer bike connected directly to the battery?

I use my C-Tek charger (connected through the Kies heated clothing connector direct on to battery) to charge my GS 1250 for 1 day in every 2 weeks. Bike only used on sunny Sundays, always starts on the button.

Yes. Best charger for it.

If you notice, the OEM charger plus is basically a Ctek charger.

All sorted and connected up... battery cover removal/replacement is somewhat time consuming but managed... thanks for the replies
