As i am suffering from onset cabin fever and it's only gonna get worst anyone fancy a bimble out somewhere anywhere!! between chrimbo and new year?
Provided we aint up to our jacksie's in snow and ice that is and its not too cold and she lets me out of the washing up
what do you think?

Shoreham airport can be a bit pricey and/or packed with people. They are not overly friendly with people dressed in bike gear. The last I heard even the Goldwing Owners Club had stopped going there, it was a regular meet of theirs.

How far do people want to travel?
I'm easy for Kent/Sussex and not too fussed about surrounding counties to these. Give GSJohn a clue so we can get the ball rolling.

If you suggest somewhere can you try and contact the place beforehand to make sure that they are open.

Yeah it is close to me Joe but I thought it might be a good distance for you westerly types.

I did think of the RHDR cafe at Dungeness but I don't think it's open.

I still fancy a cross channel raid but cannot think of anywhere to go, Le touquet would be nice but I don't know what would be open. Bound to be something though I guess.

Bakerman is doing ride out on the 27 dec dont know if he is open any other time that week Sammy Miller's is shut 19 dec 1 jan 2012.
Perhaps we could go for a bimble and do a pub lunch somewhere?

How about just taking the train over, ride the 'Day out in France' jaunt, perhaps? Take a thermos and sit on the cliff tops? Find a bar and chew the fat? Spend the night? Ride to Ypres and see the gate?
