For a bit of a posh-hipster vibe try Homeground Coffee and kitchen in Windermere. You can usually slot a bike or two on the street more or less outside.
Wilfs cafe in Staveley or More bakery in Staveley well worth a 5 mile detour the wrong way if your headed the other way. They’ve recently started charging for parking in the Mill area, not sure how or if it applies to bikes. I stick mine under the mill opposite More out the weather when I go and don’t pay. If you do play safe and pay I believe wilfs cafe refunds your ticket.
More? Bakery produces handmade, artisan treats for the Lake District’s finest eateries and everyday foodies who visit our Staveley Mill Yard Café & Shop.

No end of places in Bowness, Ambleside, and Windermere. It’s a touristy area so full of cafes. If I’m in Ambleside I go here ….https://esquirescoffee.co.uk/ Again you can usually slot a bike in on the street somewhere. Look out for the Buell and a couple of Guzzis parked outside the house over the small road. Nice people own them.
Or travel 30 minutes or so to Keswick and the old filling station cafe. Very biker friendly.
