Hi,
I've just gotten City Navigator 10 and am having a play with it and while it seems quick and easy enough to set up routes, once they're setup, I'm finding that there are a couple of things I'd like to do that I dont' seem to be able to. I've checked through the tutorials and can't find the answers.
If I've created a long route, is it possible to see how far into the route a waypoint is and for the software to predict the time taken to travel between those points? There is the measurement tool, but I only seem to be able to get that to work 'as the crow flies'.
I've created a route through Europe that should take about 15 days or so and now that the route is done, I'd like to work out stopping points, places to stay overnight, places to eat, refuel etc but it's difficult to work out the times and mileages just looking at a line on a map.
I'd much rather work from one large route, adding waypoints as opposed to building a lot of small routes. And I'd rather not have to create a second route over the first, between each way point to get the point to point info if I can help it.
Anyone else come across this?
