New front Caliper day tomorrow, 2010 GS Anniversary Model.
6 months in from last sept i noticed the front caliper bolts that hold the calipers together (not the ones that bolt them to the legs) were rusty as an old bucket.
When in for service i told the service guys and they said, What do you wash your bike with Sir, Car wash was my reply, what else.
I will have to take some pictures and send them off to BMW as that will be new calipers, and so he did and i have some shiny new ones tomorrow.
Alls well that ends well
Ps the front timing belt cover bolts are following suite, may chance my arm with another complaint
