Where's the best campsite ya'v ever stayed in and why?
I reckon the one in verdun is fell guid, biker friendly, clean and tidy, bra swimmin pool an a real fine restaurant on the site.
Piza comes close to the top tae, site nothin t write hame aboot but would go back t see that thong wearin lass wi the peachiest arse i ever seen reversin oot her tent at half 7 in mornin!! Bra

no got any digi pics but the view from Scourie has to be one of the best, found another cracker this year, fantastic location,real friendly owners, but it only has limited camping space so ahm no tellin

No campsite,but could recomend a truly fantastic hostel at Killin

What amazed me was the amount o dog hair on those chairs an nae dog tae be seen!! what was that a' aboot?? The hippy lad didna look tae be loosin as much as a that??

hmmmm....................

Invercoe @ Glencoe but wants £18 for anything but a walk in backpacker - going by 'thon' club, will do serious reduced rates for groups.Excellent facilities.

Dunnet Bay @ ditto but caravan club will only allow maybe a couple of tents now, moderate charge.Good facilities.

Durness @ ditto looks very nice and scenic as long as you dont sleep walk to the north , close to pubs and shop too. Has hotel and SYHA very near.

Dornoch @ ditto got very good raves a few years ago from others.

Probably the best scenically(by walking) and facilities wise is the GlenNevis site, maybe puddley if heavy rain but piped music in the well heated and large cludgey can accomodate a group . near to busy pub, BRILLIANT walk up glen into hidden glen or ride outs to a certain pub etceterra .

and there will be more from others.

Cos I'd just been Done by the Swiss Police in Zermatt and was a bit peaved......

All you could hear was Cowbells then they were playin they big Swiss Pipes at nite...
