Camshafts

Are all r1150 etc camshafts the same ? I know they have different lifts but I think that's taken care of by the rocker ratio and not the cam, anyone confirm this

A quick check of the part numbers for each rocker arm shows that the arms cover all the models, which would imply that the ratios are the same.
