Can anyone help re anchor point on the GS model?

Guys, I`ve got a 2010 GSA and to the right of the front shocker (when viewed from the front) on the black frame downtube is a locating bracket or anchorage point.

The photo shows it with a bracket I`ve just made bolted onto it.

Does anyone know if the similar vintage R1200GS has the same anchor point on it as my GSA please?

Any help would be appreciated. The first kindly person to help me will get sent a bracket with my compliments by way of a thank you if it can be fitted to a GS - its handy for hanging things off like horns............

I've a non ESA 2010 GSA '30 Year GS' and i'm sure it's got the same bracket...........!

I thought that's where the ESA shock gubbins bolted on.

Hi Mark got 2 09 GS in the garage one without ESA has the bracket. The one with ESA the bracket used for mounting suspension parts. Hope that helps, can get apicture if you need it

Ted very helpful thank you. So the bracket seems to be there for both the GS and the GSA and seems there for the ESA eh? And yes an image of the bracket on the ESA equiped bike would be appreciated.
