Can anyone identify this head part please?

It's a BMW ROTAX head part which I think is from an early F650. Is this correct?. I've tried max m/cycles but drew a blank.

If it's from a f650 I think the early ones, before about 2000 and later ones, after 2004 had twin spark heads.
