It's not quite the same, but googling for "ram ball handlebar clamp" throws up some similar items that would do instead. e.g. RAM-B-186-AP6

Its made by Bob Telfer (www.telferizer.com) but there's RAM-B-367

(1 QTY) M8 x 55 bolt
(1 QTY) M8 x 60 bolt
(1 QTY) M8 x 65 bolt
